Main Responsibilities:
- Interact with Team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
- Deliver 'Unparalleled Hospitality' to each customer that visits our cafe.'
- Prepare ingredients for our food and smoothies.
- Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards.
- Use our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
- Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations.
- Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
- Follow the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand.
- Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.'
Requirements:
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching.
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds.
