Position Summary
The Front Desk Administrator will work as the front-desk representative for the DynaTen Corporate Offices. This role is also responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies, coordinating local and regional meetings, and maintaining office supplies. This role service as the primary front-desk representative, ensuring smooth operations of the office, along with supporting the Executive Leadership team.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
This is an in-office position 5 days a week, and is responsible for the front desk Monday through Thursday from 7:00am-4:30PM, and Fridays from 7:00am-4:00PM. Hours may be flexed or adjusted based upon local meetings, or other building needs.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs office tasks including working the front desk, maintaining records, ordering supplies, and coordinating maintenance on office equipment and overseeing and managing the mailroom.
- Preforms clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Arranges travel and accommodation for visiting guests.
- Coordinates and scheduled meetings and appointments for Sr. Leadership team.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Plans and coordinate company events, including team outings, birthday celebrations, large group meetings, and annual celebrations.
- Coordinates with Marketing to keep company communication displays up-to-date.
- Performes additional duties as assinged by the Leadership Team.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- High school diploma required.
- At least five years of related experience required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Experience in Construction Industry preferred.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Experience with Coins preferred.
