Dynasty Trust Company is the first AI-driven trust company founders and investors are choosing over the others. Built from scratch, by founders, for founders. Since launching in early2025, we've opened 1,100 trusts for 350 tech founders who expect convenience and efficiency. To streamline trust services, we designed our own onboarding, funding and valuations platforms to meet the demand, and we’re just getting started.
Now we're looking for a Junior Trust Officer to join the Las Vegas team as we accelerate our growth.
You'll be managing accounts for up-and-coming tech founders and investors building their family wealth with sophisticated tax and estate strategies. You’ll review trust and legal documents, financial statements, record and track assets, and keep a close watch on compliance and reporting requirements. You’ll use AI enabled tools and be encouraged to create your own.
We're a small team intent on finding a gem. This role doesn't look like any trust job you've seen before, and it's not for someone comfortable in a traditional model. We want people who are sharp, tech-forward, and want to reinvent this industry firsthand.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years in trust administration, paralegal work, banking or related financial services (Nevada trust experience a strong plus)
- Ability to read and interpret trust instruments, legal agreements, and financial statements
- Familiarity with fiduciary tax and compliance concepts (e.g., Tax Form 1041, K-1s, 709) a plus
- Comfort with AI tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse client base
- High ethical standards, discretion in handling highly confidential information, and a client-first approach to service
Compensation and Benefits: $90,000–$110,000 salary plus stock options, commensurate with experience, plus medical, dental, and vision. 3 weeks of vacation.
