Role Description
As a Dynasty Spa Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by working with current dealers, developing new dealer relationships, and promoting our high-quality hot tubs to prospective customers. This role requires proactive engagement, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and market demographics.
You will guide dealers and customers through the selection process, helping them choose the ideal spa models for their showroom and target audience. Success in this position depends on a combination of strong sales ability, excellent customer service, and in-depth product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing dealers
- Identify and develop new dealer opportunities
- Promote Dynasty Spa products through outreach, events, and online channels
- Understand dealer markets, customer demographics, and sales goals
- Assist dealers in selecting the best spa models for their showroom
- Provide product education and ongoing support to dealers and customers
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
