Duties

- Coordinate with clients to customize menus, accommodate dietary restrictions, and meet specific event requirements.
- Oversee inventory control for catering supplies and food ingredients, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste through effective food management.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, preparation, and storage in both casual dining and fine dining environments.
- Develop budgets for catering events, monitor expenses, and optimize resources to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional service.
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on culinary skills, customer interaction, kitchen safety, and operational procedures to foster a motivated team environment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as bar services or hotel operations to ensure cohesive event execution.
