Job Overview
As a Cashier, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. From taking orders and handling payments to assisting with basic front-of-house duties, you’ll help keep things running smoothly and ensure every customer leaves happy
Responsibilities
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and surrounding spaces.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math calculations.
Experience
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with basic food service or customer service operations
