Role Description
Leverage generations of mentorship, exclusive listings, and team collaboration to sharpen your systems and maximize your production. This is a full-time role based in Boston, MA, for a Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients in real estate investments, sales, and leasing, coordinating listing opportunities and portfolios, conducting showings, and negotiating deals. Agents will provide exceptional client service, analyze local market trends and legislation, build and grow relationships to meet and exceed individual sales and rental goals.
Qualifications
• Active MA Real Estate License.
• Knowledge of MA Real Estate principles, practices, and market trends.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms; experience with MLS and YGL preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing preferred, but not required.
