Known for our fast, convenient service and delicious food, we’re busier than ever and looking for dependable team members to join us!Responsibilities:Meat Cutter:Slice, trim, and prepare various meats (beef, pork, chicken) according to restaurant standardsEnsure all meat is cut fresh, portioned properly, and stored safelyMaintain cleanliness and safety in the prep areaAssist with basic ingredient prep as needed Cook:Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and customer ordersWork quickly and efficiently during busy hoursKeep kitchen area clean, organized, and stockedMonitor food quality and freshness at all timesFollow food safety and sanitation guidelines Packing:Pack takeout orders accurately and neatlyDouble-check orders to make sure all items are included (sauces, rice, utensils, etc.)Communicate with front counter staff and kitchen to stay on top of incoming ordersKeep packing station clean and well-stocked Fried Chicken Station:Prepare and fry chicken to perfection—crispy, hot, and consistent every timeMonitor oil temperature and qualityKeep fryers clean and follow safety protocolsEnsure chicken is ready and available during peak hours
