What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook/Kitchen Help/Help wanted position at Dynasty Chinese Restaurant?

Responsibilities:
Meat Cutter:
- Slice, trim, and prepare various meats (beef, pork, chicken) according to restaurant standards
- Ensure all meat is cut fresh, portioned properly, and stored safely
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the prep area
- Assist with basic ingredient prep as needed
Cook:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and customer orders
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy hours
- Keep kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked
- Monitor food quality and freshness at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Packing:
- Pack takeout orders accurately and neatly
- Double-check orders to make sure all items are included (sauces, rice, utensils, etc.)
- Communicate with front counter staff and kitchen to stay on top of incoming orders
- Keep packing station clean and well-stocked
Fried Chicken Station:
- Prepare and fry chicken to perfection—crispy, hot, and consistent every time
- Monitor oil temperature and quality
- Keep fryers clean and follow safety protocols
- Ensure chicken is ready and available during peak hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
