As the first point of contact for our customers, your role will be key in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, handling payments, and packing orders for takeaway and delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Taking: Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately, paying special attention to specific requests and dietary preferences.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Food Packing: Carefully pack takeaway and delivery orders, ensuring that all items are included and packaged securely to maintain food quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, and addressing any immediate customer concerns.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, adhering to hygiene and sanitation regulations.
