Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is seeking a performance driven Medical Sales Consultant to develop and manage the Shreveport, LA territory. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on partnering with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to improve patient outcomes through proprietary dynamic splinting systems.
This position is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a performance-based environment, value clinical education, and want ownership of their territory.
What You’ll Do
As a Medical Sales Consultant, you will operate as the clinical and business expert within your assigned territory:
- Develop and grow referral relationships with MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, and other healthcare providers
- Educate clinicians on how Dynasplint Systems integrate into rehabilitative treatment plans
- Generate and manage patient orders within your territory
- Fit patients with prescribed Dynasplint Systems and provide hands-on instruction for proper use
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of accounts, patient interactions, and sales activity
- Build long-term partnerships while consistently prospecting and developing new accounts
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking driven, accountable professionals with the ability to build and grow business relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively
- Must reside in the Shreveport, LA territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Physiology, Biology, Kinesiology/Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Business etc)
- Clinical background (PTA, COTA, ATC, rehab tech, medical assistant, etc.)
- Experience calling on physicians or healthcare providers
- Athletic background
