Position Overview

DynaQuip Controls is seeking a motivated procurement professional to partner closely with our Purchasing Manager in procurement operations, supplier management, inventory planning, import compliance, and international logistics.

This is not an entry-level position. It is an accelerated succession-track opportunity intended for experienced purchasing associates already performing or capable of quickly growing into Purchasing Management through direct mentorship, increasing responsibility, and hands-on involvement in strategic procurement activities.

Responsibilities

· Process purchase orders and maintain accurate ERP purchasing data

· Manage MRO purchasing and component inventory replenishment

· Coordinate international shipments and communicate directly with customs brokers

· Ownership of HTS classification and import compliance documentation

· Analyze purchasing and inventory data using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

· Support supplier relationship management and vendor performance evaluation

Qualifications - Required

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• ERP system experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Qualifications - Preferred

• Import logistics
• Customs brokerage coordination
• HTS classifications
