Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and building new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, creating and implementing sales and growth strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, engaging with stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership management
- Strong market research and analytical skills to identify new opportunities and assess market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with the energy, industrial, or power electronics industries is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM tools and experience in using data to inform strategic decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
