About the Role:
You will be expected to provide technical and administrative direct support for personnel performing software development tasks including the review of work product for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules. You will also support the analysis, design, development and implementation of systems and technologies and develop detailed documentation and specifications to design and procure business tools for specific analytical needs. Finally, you will assist with the review and analysis of customer requirements or problems and the development of business system tools while also acting as a technology resource in direct support of a larger project through combining a basic knowledge of the consulting project combined with technology expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Automating the upkeep of FDA and OFBA Continuity of Operations materials
- Produce data visualization dashboards using systems such as PowerBI which are connected to existing or newly created data sources
- Develop new solutions using PowerPlatforms to streamline OFBA’s budgetary, acquisitions, and management processes, requirements, and deliverables
- Developing performance management dashboards which are automatically updated via existing or newly created data sources
- Automating the creation of recurring OFBA reports and deliverables
- Automate data quality review and remediation within newly built and existing FDA and OFBA systems
- Streamline business functions and processes with electronic forms, workflows, reviews, and approvals
- Support the development of new AI tools and the incorporation of existing FDA AI tools into OFBA processes
- Support the development of OFBA workforce planning tools
- Building and implementing process bots using tools such as UiPath
- Automating data flows using tools such as RestAPI and MuleSoft

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of (4) four years of relevant work experience and hold a bachelor’s degree.
