What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exercise Control Center position at Dynamis, Inc.?
This position supports the National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Office of Secure Transportation (OST / NA-15). NNSA is a semi-autonomous entity under the Department of Energy (DOE) that supports the Department of War's nuclear weapon enterprise.
Primary Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
Travel: Up to 20%
Security Clearance required: Current DOE L or DoD Secret.
Responsibilities:
Exercise Control Center (ECC) Operator wmanages the Team, operates desk for exercises and emergencies at fixed and mobile sites. Monitors and operates equipment, maintains databases, range and training coordination's, emergency notifications, and classified custodians. Will interface with federal supervisors and federal training staff. Provide assistance to Facility Security representative to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
ECC Operators also monitor and operate equipment to include communications console, security alarm monitors, security surveillance cameras, weather monitoring equipment, radios, computers, and recording devices. Serve as Classified Materials Custodians, accessing/storing classified material as required. Protect classified material and handle classified mail transmissions for TSTS IAW with DOE/OST security policies. Maintain automated reporting database and maintain journal entries. Maintains databases, range and training coordination's, and delivers mishap, accident, and emergency notifications.
Requirements:
Must have five years minimum experience, Military and/or Law Enforcement experience preferred operating a desk with emergency related experience. At least, one year handling classified information routinely. Certifications/Qualification includes Classified matter and Protection Control, Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
