We are looking for a Chronic Wound Sales Specialist, responsible for driving revenue growth within their assigned territory by consistently executing daily sales activities, adding value in every customer interaction, and managing opportunities through the full sales and marketing cycle.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
Chronic Wound Sales Specialist- Is a subject matter expert that serves as a point of contact for customers within assigned territories across the state of Florida. We are looking for Sales Specialists to support the chronic and advanced wound care market by developing strong and valuable inter-professional relationships. This role focuses on fostering ongoing relationships to generate recurrent referrals of patients living with refractory wounds.
The Chronic Wound Sales Specialist will disseminate disease state, treatment modalities and factual data statements across both primary and specialty service care settings. This role will partner with healthcare providers and health systems as well as commercial businesses that demonstrate advantageous to the care of our patients and the growth of the Dynamic Wound Care organization.
Responsibilities
· Prepares presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
· Develops and maintains sales materials and current wound care services’ knowledge.
· Prepares paperwork to activate and maintain contract services and referrals for wound care services
· Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
· Identifies and resolves patients or client’s concerns and questions
· Prepares a variety of weekly status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
· Provides a high level of wound care services expertise and customer service to all accounts.
· Achieves live, phone and virtual call targets by organizing activities to ensure consistent coverage of targeted accounts and/or vacant territories.
· Executes 10-12 live or virtual customer encounters per day to enhance territory visibility
· Builds relationships with physicians, nurses, office staff and key health leaders within assigned accounts while understanding provider’s needs and communicating how our wound care services can benefit their patients
· Strategizes and tracks sales activities and reports those activities in the CRM system.
· Adherence to compliance requirements in all business practices (Compliance
· Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures), and all other applicable laws
· Conducts promotional lunch and learns, and exhibits in the territory, when permitted; frequent travel required.
· Demonstrates effective account management skills and selling/marketing competencies.
· Accountable for driving wound care services’ demand to ensure HCPs identify the right patient.
· Support and attends and or displays, at all relevant medical congresses and meetings as needed.
· Can effectively deliver Dynamic Wound Care services’ message successfully and effectively.
· Results oriented approach to time and territory management.
· Refers requests for scientific data information to the Medical Information Request process.
Qualifications
· BA/BS Degree Required
· 2 years sales experience.
· 2 years virtual/inside sales experience preferred in pharma/biotech
· Documented sales success of meeting and achieving sales goals.
· A self-motivating, can-do attitude.
· Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expected Salary Range: $72,500-75,000
The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including quarterly incentive bonus plan and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and eligibility to participate in our vehicle mileage reimbursement program
