At Dynamic Wellness Studio, we believe wellness starts the moment someone walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who is a self starter, dependable, friendly, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience.
This isn't just a receptionist position. The Studio Coordinator will play a key role in executing daily responsibilities that make our studio run smoothly while creating an atmosphere where both clients and staff feel supported. The Studio Coordinator will hold ownership over our calendar, studio readiness, and client communication.
Schedule
- Mondays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturdays 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Additional shift opportunities available come October
- Some weekend availability required for events and occasional coverage
Starting Pay
- $12-14 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Do
- Welcome every client with professionalism and warmth
- Instruct new sauna and cold plunge clients on how to use equipment
- Check clients in and out using our scheduling software
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and appointment inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Process payments
- Execute daily cleaning checklist to ensure facility meets our high studio standards
- Follow studio’s daily opening and closing protocols to ensure maximum efficiency is maintained
- Keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and inviting
- Fold laundry, restock supplies
- Help create a calm, organized experience for clients and therapists
- Assist with occasional social media content, events, or studio projects
- Take studio phone home on regular occasions to monitor for cancellations and sauna appointments

- Friendly and personable
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning technology and scheduling software on Mac OS computer
- A strong communicator
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
- 1 year customer service or front desk experience in a wellness, healthcare, fitness, or spa setting preferred
