Dynamic Well Service is a growing oilfield service company dedicated to safe, efficient, and reliable well servicing operations. We take pride in building strong crews, maintaining top-tier equipment, and providing dependable service to our clients across the oilfield.
We are currently seeking experienced Workover Hands, Operators, and Toolpushers to join our team.
Workover Hands assist with daily rig operations and support the crew in safely performing well servicing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment
- Handle tubing, rods, and tools during workover operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and policies
- Support operators and supervisors with daily rig tasks
Requirements
- Oilfield experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Toolpushers supervise rig operations, ensure safety compliance, and manage overall job performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate rig crews
- Ensure all operations follow safety regulations
- Manage rig performance and job efficiency
- Communicate with company leadership and clients
- Train and mentor crew members
Requirements
- Extensive workover rig experience
- Proven leadership in oilfield operations
- Strong safety knowledge and compliance experience
- Ability to manage crews and operations efficiently
- CDL is required no exception!!!
