Dynamic TINT & Paint Protection is one of South Jersey’s leading automotive appearance and protection shops specializing in premium automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, residential/commercial window film, and automotive Remote Start Systems. With over 20 years in business and a brand-new 16,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is much more than a standard receptionist position — we are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with customers, help generate sales, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and represent our brand in a professional and friendly manner.
Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a major role in creating an exceptional customer experience both in-person and over the phone. You will assist customers with questions regarding our services, provide pricing and information, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and help guide customers through the sales process.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, motivated, reliable, and comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering the showroom and provide a welcoming experience
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, social media messages, and website inquiries
- Assist customers with information regarding:
- Automotive Window Tint
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Ceramic Coatings
- Residential & Commercial Window Film
- Remote Starts
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
- Create and send customer estimates/proposals
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Help maintain CRM systems and customer records
- Assist with customer check-in/check-out processes
- Process invoices and payments
- Coordinate with installation staff regarding schedules and workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of showroom/front desk area
- Assist with social media/customer engagement when needed
- Help contribute to sales goals and overall shop growth
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience preferred
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling customer inquiries
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Team-oriented mindset

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
