This exempt position is located in Washington, DC.******* ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED ********Responsibilities:Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration managementSupport the logistics management of the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resourcesResponsible for managing lifecycle of hardware and software assetManaging and tracking software licenses, reviewing volume and expenditure purchase agreements to ensure license complianceResolve discrepancies identified in asset management database and update the asset management database upon any custodial changeSupport the implementation and management of program changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.Experience with developing budgets and operating plans for programs (program spend plans). Reconciliation of discovered assets that are not tracked in the asset management databaseEstablish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management Qualifications Requirements:Active Secret Security Clearance Bachalors Degree 3 years of relevent experianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervisionDesired Experienced:Experience in logistic packing and shipment of assetsExperience working with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports Understanding of IT Service Management processesThe ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
