Sales Representative Opportunity – Dynamic Restoration LLC

Dynamic Restoration LLC is currently seeking motivated and disciplined individuals to join our growing Sales Department. We operate under a proven, industry-standard roofing and restoration sales model, offering strong earning potential and long-term career growth.

Position Overview:
This is a primarily commission-based sales role designed for driven individuals who are confident in customer interaction and performance-based income. We provide the tools, training, and support needed to succeed in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through company-provided and self-generated opportunities
• Conduct property inspections and present restoration solutions to homeowners
• Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable
• Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience in customer service required (sales experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
