We are looking for a dependable, well-rounded Residential Remodeling Technician to join our team. Applicants should have hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, trim work, or general home repairs. You do not need to be an expert in every trade, but experience in several areas is preferred.
Our projects include kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, repairs, and additions.
Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of remodeling and repair tasks.
- Perform work based on your skills and experience.
- Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions.
- Safely use hand and power tools.
- Keep jobsites clean and organized.
- Work professionally in occupied homes.
- Complete quality work efficiently.
Requirements
- Residential construction or remodeling experience.
- Experience in at least one skilled trade, with multiple skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle different tasks.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Strong work ethic and pride in your work.
- Trade licenses or certifications are preferred but not required.
