ABOUT THIS ROLE
This position is in Sapulpa, OK with occasional work in Owasso . A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are required. Travel between properties will be reimbursed.
You should have genuine mechanical instincts, the ability to complete apartment make-readies with minimal direction, and the judgment to know when a repair needs to be escalated to a licensed vendor. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Make-readies: Paint, perform minor repairs, and run a quality control checklist to prepare apartment homes for new residents.
- Service requests: Respond to resident maintenance needs based on manager scheduling. Diagnose issues, complete repairs within your skill set, and escalate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work when needed.
- Preventative maintenance: Follow a scheduled calendar to proactively protect property condition.
- Digital work orders: Log, update, and close all work in our digital system. You’ll use your phone for photos, notes, and communication. Comfort with smartphones and basic apps is required. Administrative support provided.
- Weekly team meeting: Join a short screen-based or in person check-in each week with your property manager and maintenance director.
- Special projects: Assist with capital improvement projects and property strategy in coordination with construction and operations managers.
- Policy compliance: Follow Dynamic’s maintenance policies and spend management guidelines.
WHO YOU ARE
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience in general maintenance, minor plumbing, electrical, or HVAC — residential or facilities background both welcome.
- Dependable and accountable. You show up on time, communicate proactively, and follow through.
- Comfortable working independently across two locations without direct supervision throughout the day.
- Organized enough to manage a work order queue and prioritize competing tasks.
- At ease with a smartphone — ability to record work and communicate in phone apps with training.
- Available for on-call, including some weekends and holidays.
- A learner by nature — whether you’re new to property maintenance or just new to a structured management company, you’re eager to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL EARN
$22–$25 per hour depending on experience, with performance-based increases available. We are transparent about pay and committed to rewarding growth.
