Here at Dynamic, we have IMMEDIATE PER DIEM openings for a professional, reliable, and caring Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team! Dynamic is a family-owned, Medicare-certified team providing Home Health visits to our patients across the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement occupational therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- AT LEAST 1 YEAR of previous experience in occupational therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
