Estimating and Planning Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented person who will be responsible for assisting the planning and estimating departments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Entering data into MRP system according to policy and procedure
• Transfer engineering data from customer provided to DNC specific workbooks.
• Maintain engineering revision levels, drawings, parts lists, specifications, MBD, etc.
• Access customer portals to retrieve files as necessary.
• Communicate with customer to gather information and provide feedback.
• Maintain/ create logs and metrics.
• Organize work flow and commit dates.
• Attend Department and Company Meetings.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and protective equipment as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma / GED.
• 1-2 years of previous experience, preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and make educated decisions independently.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized, focused, and results-oriented.
• Excellent problem solving and prioritizing ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.

This is an in-person role only.
