**Job Overview**

The Engineering Manager plays a critical role in leading day-to-day

operations of Manufacturing Planning and Manufacturing Engineering,

driving continuous improvement (CI), and facilitating the professional

growth of our engineering teams. This is an on-site position only. No

remote work.

**Role and Responsibilities**

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Manufacturing Planning and
  
  

Manufacturing Engineering to ensure efficient production support and

alignment with business goals.

• Provide hands-on shop floor support by reviewing and resolving
  
  

Engineering RFAs, ensuring timely and accurate technical solutions.

• Oversee and execute engineering change management processes, driving
  
  

accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption to operations.

• Develop, mentor, and coach engineering team members, fostering
  
  

technical expertise, professional growth, and strong collaboration.

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and supply
  
  

chain teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing

processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
