What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Part Time position at Dynamic Music Studio Co?

Looking for someone who is fun, organized and has some musical background to understand how a Studio for Music Lessons would operate. This position is Part Time with the possibility to add additional hours in the future as the studio grows as a whole.
*You do not need to be an active musician - just someone who understands the quirky culture of Musicians as well as Education. Communication, Organization and Punctuality are the top 3 we are looking for.
Requirements -
1. Over the age of 18 and can adequately perform daily tasks that the studio needs completed in the allotted hours per week.
2. Have a small background in Music or Education - not required BUT it really helps.
3. Passionate about helping the studio train up the next generation of Musicians
4. Reliable transportation to/from studio
5. Available to work at the studio on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Evening. Looking for someone to be present at least 2 evenings and grow up to all 4 evenings. Studio Hours are 4-8pm Monday - Thursday.
6. Ability to efficiently complete admin/office tasks each week. Answer Phone calls, Texts and Emails from Staff and Customers. Assist with Scheduling of Lessons and Teachers Schedule Management. Comfortable talking to People and "selling" on what the studio offers IF someone asks for more info on what we offer.
7. Bonus if you can Edit websites (SquareSpace) or create flyers/marketing (Canva) as well as any background using or posting on Social Media.
8. Good sense of Humor (We like Punny Folks around Here).
9. Easy going personality who is also organized.
10. Punctuality and Communication is a must!
11. Able to use an internet based software on phone/computer/tablet to enter in any schedule changes/updates (Opus1.io).
12. Some of the hours can be performed Remotely IF the candidate is good with time management and they are scheduling/online/digital creation items.
13. All Education Clearances must be valid and on file with the Studio: Act 34, Act 151 and FBI Fingerprinting. We have students of all ages and you must be cleared to be in the same space with children under the age of 18 even if you are in the office area.
