Location: Onalaska, WI

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Salary: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour, wage increase eligible twice annually!

Purpose & Summary: Dynamic is looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse and production team! If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and keeping materials moving efficiently, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering materials to the production floor, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with day-to-day production tasks.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Operate gas and/or electric forklifts to move and stage materials
• Sort, weigh, and organize materials in the warehouse
• Use a computer to enter data and complete inventory or production reports
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and warehouse cleaning
• Support production team members as needed throughout the shift
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience and prior forklift operation required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain a safe working environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of forklift experience
• Strong safety awareness and a focus on quality
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and light maintenance tasks
