Warehouse Sort and Shred Specialist, Night Shift

Warehouse Sort/Shred Specialist – No Weekends, No Mandatory Overtime!

Schedule:Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Location: Onalaska, WI
Starting Wage: $21.75 – $24.25 per hour (based on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You'll Do

• Sort electronics (10–50 lbs.) and prep for shredding
• Remove batteries, ink, and other components as needed
• Pick out materials that don't meet quality standards post-shred
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately at a quick pace
• Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and following established safety procedures
• Great attendance and reliability
• Team-first mindset and pride in doing things right
• Willingness to learn and grow (we'll train you!)

Bonus points if you've worked in a warehouse, recycling, production, assembly, farming, or construction environment—but no experience required!
