This is a full-time, on-site role for an Emergency Dispatcher based in Hollywood, FL. The Emergency Dispatcher will be responsible for monitoring alarm systems, receiving and prioritizing emergency and non-emergency calls, and dispatching security personnel promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate logs, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The role requires calm and efficient decision-making under pressure to ensure the safety and security of the clients.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
