What are the responsibilities and job description for the Armed Guard position at Dynamic Integrated Security?
We are seeking a highly qualified and committed Armed Security Officer to join our security team in Raleigh area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce security protocols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and critical incidents.
- Conduct preventative patrols on and around grounds.
- Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain operational documentation
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid HR218 certification.
- Current North Carolina Armed Guard Card.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of combined experience in military service, law enforcement, security, corrections, or emergency response.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods both indoors and outdoors.
Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced tactical and firearms training.
- Intermediate knowledge of emergency response protocols.
- Proficiency with incident reporting and documentation tools.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead in crisis situations.
