About the Position
We're hiring Command Center Dispatchers to join our Operations team in Coral Springs. This new position focuses on real-time incident monitoring, communications, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incidents and respond in realtime to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Coordinate communication between field officers, clients, and emergency services
- Maintain accurate logs and generate detailed reports
- Oversee systems and provide operational support for the Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Manage crisis situations and escalate emergencies as needed
Qualifications
- Valid D License
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of experience in security operations, emergency dispatch, surveillance monitoring, law enforcement, or military communications
- Training or experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) operations is preferred
- Computing literacy, including Microsoft Office, web applications, and video surveillance software
- Strong situational awareness and critical thinking skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo and pass a drug test and background check
