Overview:

Dynamic Home Solutions is a family-owned flooring installation company that works with independent commercial and residential retailers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a great attitude looking to take action and grow with us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Daily interaction with installation teams, customers, and retail partners to assist the respective party with installation projects

· Overseeing the entirety of installation projects through to completion

· Performed in field job site inspections and visits with installers and customers

· Connect with customers post installation to ensure quality of work

· Work with other team members internally to ensure seamless customer experience

· Update Enterprise software accordingly

What You’ll Bring to the Team

· Experience in operations management, 2 years minimum

· Fluent in English

· Great problem solver and fast learner

· Knowledge of how to utilize Microsoft and Google applications

· High School Degree or equivalent

Salary pay ranges from $65,000 - $80,000, dependent on experience.

Schedule – Monday thru Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm

This position will work out of our office located in Rochester, NY.
