We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a
Front Desk Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional
service to our guests from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your duties will
include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and inquiries, making
reservations, and addressing any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional
manner. Prior hotel experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Make reservations and update guest information in the system
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Hotel experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
