Daily Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression
• Managing the flow of the office
• Tracking patient care with detailed notes
• Performing Modalities with patients: including but not limited to: Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Spinal Decompression, Laser Therapy, Therapeutic Exercises.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting smooth daily office operations and communicate effectively with the provider.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the chiropractic field
• Experience with EHR systems preferred: ChiroTouch is a plus!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Office Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00-1:00 and 2:30-6:30

Tuesday: 9:30-3:00

Friday: 9:30-1:00

Marketing events happen 1-2 times per month outside of clinic hours. Occasional weekends will be required with sufficient notice. ALL holidays off! Benefits include complimentary office care, PTO, sick days and simple IRA benefits and health insurance after probationary period.
