Responsibilities by Role Registered Nurse (RN)
° Perform comprehensive physical assessments and evaluate patient health status.
°Develop, implement, and update personalized patient care plans. ° Direct and supervise the care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
° Manage complex clinical needs and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
° Administer medications and treatments precisely following physician orders.
° Monitor patient vitals and track responses to interventions.
° Provide wound care and other intermediate clinical support.
° Report changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
° Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, hygiene, and dressing.
° Provide mobility support, such as the use of Hoyer lifts and transfers.
° Record vital signs and report observations to the nursing staff.
° Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients at all times.
Agency-Wide Standards (All Roles)
° Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy.
°Follow all facility-specific safety and infection control protocols.
° Demonstrate reliability, professional communication, and accountability in all clinical settings.
