Join our team as a Case Manager for our privately insured patients.
Responsibilities include:
· Face to face and phone interactions with new patients to assess case type and perform onboarding
· Working with team members to proactively manage a group of assigned cases
- Accurate completion of forms, orchestrating sign off and timely submission
- Assisting providers with narrative information for reports and daily notes
- Obtaining authorization and tracking treatments according to care plans
- Discussing payment options, copays, deductibles, and treatment plan cost.
- Insurance verifications
- Answering patient questions and concerns
· Working closely and reporting progress to Program Manager
· Generating new patient referrals
· Working with team members to assist in smooth daily operations and patient care with a focus on clinic success

· 2 years experience in a position that requires: interaction with patients, attention to detail with form/note completion, tracking a process and using resources to solve problems along the way, exposure to medical terminology – diagnosis and CPT coding
· Strong attention to details and accuracy
· Excellent organization skills

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
