Position Summary
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. You will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and any needs during their stay, maintaining the high standards of The Element by Westin brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work part-time on weekends (Friday and Saturday Sunday).
Schedule
Part-time weekend shifts available on Friday and Saturday & Sunday .
Shift options include 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
