Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Dynamic Group is looking for an experienced EDM Specialist to join our precision manufacturing team supporting the medical device industry.
In this role, you'll program, set up, and operate wire EDM and hole pop machines to produce high-precision components while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You'll also contribute to process improvements, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and employee training.

What We're Looking For:
• 2 years of mold building or precision manufacturing experience with a Machine Tool Technology degree, or 5 years of related experience
• Strong wire EDM programming and machining expertise
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Pay: $28.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience)
