We are seeking an Area Director of Sales for our Cleveland, Tennessee market. This position would oversee the sales efforts for two Marriott hotels.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Two years as a senior sales manager
License or Certification: None

- Develop and implement sales strategies for both hotels to attain budgeted revenue objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, group, leisure, and government segments
- Conduct regular market analysis to anticipate competitive trends
- Collaborate with above property support to optimize pricing, inventory management, and distribution channels
- Client Relationship Management
- Establish and sustain relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and community partners
- Engage in client visits, property tours, and presentations to foster business growth
- Represent both properties at industry trade shows, networking events, and community activities
