Recruiter

Position Summary:

Experienced recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing high‑quality candidates across multiple locations. Skilled in building employer‑candidate relationships, managing the full recruitment cycle, and aligning talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities:

· Partner with hiring managers to define specific location role requirements.

· Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

· Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage logistics.

· Maintain accurate applicant tracking records.

· Source passive and active candidates.

· Guide candidates through the onboarding process.

· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles.

· Coordinate and track employee training records and monitor professional development progress.

· Other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

· 3 years of experience successfully identifying various levels of talent.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

· Ability to manage fast-paced, mid-volume talent pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Monday cloud-based Work Operating System.

· Prior experience developing collaborative and productive relationships with various technical schools to drive talent pool.

· Prior experience of successful recruitment within the industrial engineering and maintenance industry, serving material handling facilities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
