Software Test Automation Lead

Collaborated with management to prioritize tactical initiatives and translate business requirements into functional operations by documenting, reviewing user requirements, functional requirements, and functional design documents with senior technical staff members.

•   Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand priority. Develop roadmaps and detailed project plans with milestones based on the priorities

•   Analyse and document AS-IS business processes, TO-BE business processes, and create the GAP analysis documentation.

•   Develop and update the documents related to User Requirements Specification, Process Design, Functional Requirement Specificati and Technical Data Design.

•   Document functional specifications and work closely with data tea ensure the necessary data/view are available for use in the consumption layer for all the required use cases

•   Manage data onboarding projects with vendors, including defining strategy, tracking tasks and overall execution, user testing, and orchestrating deployment

Develop efficient business relationships with various teams in order to process and support requirements, develop tactical and strategic plans to implement technology solutions, and effectively manage client expectations by meeting the Data Management and Front Office needs.

•   Contribute business or process perspectives during design reviews within technology team; and contribute technical aspects/perspectives during requirements gathering with the business team

•   Facilitate and participate in detailed solution design as the SME of the project, with technical leads of various cross functional platforms and technologies - primarily in the investment data management

Responsible for the management of software process from requirements gathering and created process flow diagrams along with systems design documentation, management approval, development to testing and Go-Live

•   Develop operating procedures, test strategy and plan, test scripts and cases, end-user acceptance testing, and coordinate creation of training materials for the end users/customers

•   Based on the requirements, validate unit test scripts, create test scenarios, system test scripts, functional test scripts and user acceptance test scripts

•   Conduct periodic review sessions with internal analytic and development teams to share best practice, learn, and build the network

•   Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix to track requirements against test cases

•   Conduct re-testing after the bug fixes, update the document with root cause analysis, and work with the quality team to conduct preventive actions
