- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable automation solutions.
- Schedule customer meetings, presentations, and follow up on inquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the sales and engineering teams.
- Maintain customer data and sales activities in the company's CRM/database.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent Dynamic Control Systems professionally during customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn Industrial Automation products and solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
