The Role: As a Senior Microsoft Support Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, tackling the most challenging technical issues and providing top-tier support for Microsoft solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Client Support: Resolve complex support cases and provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Microsoft Interaction: Collaborate with Microsoft support to handle escalated cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Case Management: Log time to cases, manage client communications, and maintain detailed records.
- Collaboration: Work with experts from various specialties to solve client issues and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Proactive Projects: Occasionally engage in proactive or consulting projects to enhance client systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, networking, compute (containers / AKS), Entra, Azure SQL, ARM, AVD, Windows Server, etc. Experience with other Microsoft technologies is a plus, such as DevOps, Sentinel, Defender, Intune, M365 and Dynamics 365 is a nice-to-have. GCC experience is a plus as well.
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly beneficial. Experience with Azure infrastructure and Microsoft security technologies is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience at an MSP or consulting firm is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure, and confidence in problem-solving when solutions are not immediately apparent.
