DCG is hiring an Enterprise Licensing Sales Executive to build and scale our CSP licensing and Advanced Support business.
This is a true hunter role—focused on opening doors, creating urgency, and generating qualified pipeline in a high-potential but evolving market. You will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market motion while actively selling, turning early traction into a repeatable revenue engine.
What You’ll Do
Build qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and network activation
Open net-new enterprise relationships and drive early-stage opportunities
Lead discovery, create urgency, and advance deals with a strong commercial point of view
Convert inbound and campaign-driven leads into active pipeline
Test messaging in-market and provide feedback to refine positioning
Maintain disciplined CRM management, forecasting, and deal progression
Partner cross-functionally to align sales motion with delivery and pricing

What You Bring
7 years of enterprise B2B sales (Microsoft, CSP, cloud, or services preferred)
Proven hunter—track record of sourcing and closing net-new business
Existing enterprise network you can activate quickly
Strong discovery, deal shaping, and executive communication skills
High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in ambiguity
