Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant (Paid Training & Career Growth!)

Location: Parkston, SD
Starting Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Enjoy a unique 4-day workweek with a built-in midweek break!

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Early weekend start!)
• Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed

Dynamic Chiropractic is a private, locally owned practice in Parkston, SD. We help our community heal naturally through advanced, hands-on wellness therapies, including KT taping, mechanical traction, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, acupuncture, and cupping.

The Role:

We are looking for a reliable, upbeat, and organized Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with the doctor to welcome patients, look up insurance benefits, collect payments, and assist with hands-on therapies and clinical cleaning.

If you are a people-person who loves holistic health and wants a fun team culture with no weekend hours, you will fit right in! No prior clinical experience is required—we hire for attitude and train for skill.

Paid Training & Guaranteed Raises:

We invest heavily in your professional growth.

• We fully pay for your official Chiropractic Assistant (CA) certification, CPR training, and system training.
• Completing these certifications triggers a guaranteed raise of $1.00 to $1.50 per hour.
• Future Promotion Potential: For motivated team members, this role has a direct path to an Office Manager position with higher pay tiers for taking over full-cycle insurance billing and claim submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients with a warm smile and a positive, encouraging attitude.
• Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and look up basic insurance benefits using Jane App software.
• Collect patient payments, copays, and manage daily front-desk administration.
• Set up patients for therapies, including mechanical traction, muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and cupping.
• Assist the doctor with patient flow, charting, and keeping treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and organized.

Qualifications:

• A fun, positive attitude that contributes to our uplifting office culture.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with a professional, friendly presence in person and on the phone.
• Detail-oriented mindset to keep clinical notes, payments, and data organized.
• Familiarity with computer systems, basic math, or the Jane App is a plus, but not required.
