\n- Hands-on experience supporting a helpdesk ticketing system and resolving real end-user issues
- Exposure to identity and access management tools, including Google Accounts, Okta SSO, and AzureAD
- Experience with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and Egnyte
- Introductory experience with Microsoft Azure and server administration fundamentals
- Exposure to endpoint management and MDM tools, including PDQ, Intune, and Mosyle
- Familiarity with IT asset management practices using Snipe-IT
- An inside look at network management, firewall basics, and cybersecurity best practices
- Mentorship from an experienced IT Systems Administrator and exposure to real IT project work
- Increased knowledge and experience in technology operations to carry with you for the rest of your career
- A love for learning and problem-solving
- Interest in IT, computer science, or a related field of study
- Passionate about serving others in a unique and world-class way
- Comfortable jumping in to help, even when a problem is unfamiliar
