Youth Apprentice Program:
Earn while you learn - on the job experience
Entrance to an automotive repair and maintenance career
Gain awareness and experience in the industry
Structure on learned content
Receive credit for work
Able to leave school early to get to work
Available to Junior and Senior High School Students
Up to a 2 year program - 450 hours of work learning minimum
Registered Apprenticeship Program:
3 year program
2000 hours of work per year minimum
144 hours minimum in class room instructions
FREE EDUCATION
Dynamic Automotive will pay the tuition with books and fees upfront
Maryland Business works will reimburse half after successful completion of class
If apprentice leaves before a year after completion of class, they pay a prorated amount for class costs
Classes are for credit and can be used towards a degree
The Registered Apprenticeship Program is a rigorous 3 year program where you will work full time and take college classes in the evening. Candidate needs to be employed by Dynamic Automotive before they are eligible to participate in the program. Employment does not guarantee placement in the Apprenticeship Program. Apprentices are chosen based on their aptitude, drive and dedication to advancing their knowledge and skills.
