Duties
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct repairs on appliances, ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Assemble or disassemble appliances for repair or replacement of parts with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up requirements in company systems.
- Follow safety protocols during all field service activities to prevent accidents or damage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting appliances effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge related to appliance assembly, disassembly, and component replacement.
- Experience with refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Familiarity with equipment repair tools and safety procedures in a field service environment.
- Basic electrical experience including wiring repairs or component replacements.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively to complete scheduled appointments.

This is a 1099 subcontractors position where you are required to maintenance liability insurance, provide your own vehicle and tools to complete service appointments.
Pay: $65, $200,000.00 per year
