Are you a skilled HVAC technician with installation experience, looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Dynamic Air Heating and Air is seeking a motivated HVAC/Install Technician to join our growing team. You will play a key role in providing top-notch HVAC services to our valued customers while leading and mentoring a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations and functions.
- Maintain accurate records of service documents, manuals, and customer information.
- Supervise and guide the installation team to ensure quality work.
- Perform troubleshooting and quality control to ensure optimal system performance.
- Organize and maintain company vehicles and stock necessary supplies.
Requirements:
- 3 Years experience as an HVAC technician, with hands-on installation expertise.
- Valid EPA certification.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team.
